Gary Slavett, Esq.

Mr. Slavett is a California licensed attorney with extensive experience in tax and business law.   

Mr. Slavett is Of-Counsel to ProActive Advisors and is currently a partner at the Beverly Hills law firm of Hotlz, Slavett & Drabkin, APLC.

Mr. Slavett received an LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law, a J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law, and a B.S. in accounting, cum laude, from the University of Arizona.

Mr. Slavett was formerly an attorney with the Office of Chief Counsel, Internal Revenue Service, and a Senior Manager with Deloitte & Touche’s Tax Controversy department.

Mr. Slavett is an Adjunct Professor at Golden Gate University’s Graduate School of Taxation where he teaches Advanced Federal Income Taxation.

Mr. Slavett is a member of the American Bar Association, State Bar of California, and the Los Angeles County Bar.
